Refunds & Returns
Alberta Pageants is a self-supporting pageant and relies on entrance fees and sponsorship to cover production expenses. Production expenses include but are not limited to; facility & theater rentals, equipment rentals, audio/visual technicians, performers, advertising, fees, website development & maintenance, judges expenses, staging, supplies, catering fees, crowns & sashes, prizes and awards.
REFUND POLICY
All fees paid to Canadian Beauties Inc are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part under any circumstances (including covid-19 related reasons or date changes). This includes, but is not limited to entrance fees, advertising fees, pageant admission tickets, and any other fees paid to Canadian Beauties Inc by anyone including, but not limited to, contestants, spectators, sponsors and advertisers.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
